Find a citizenship ceremony
We hold in-person and virtual citizenship ceremonies. Ceremonies are not all the same.
Virtual ceremonies
- Virtual citizenship ceremonies are not listed below and are not open to the public.
- If you are a candidate for citizenship, check your ceremony invitation email or letter that we sent you for the date, time, and virtual ceremony link.
In-person ceremonies
- The list below shows in-person ceremonies only.
- If you’re a candidate for citizenship, check your ceremony invitation email or letter that we sent you for the date, location and the specific time you should arrive. It could be different from the time listed on this page.
About the list of ceremonies
- The times shown below are the start times of the ceremonies.
- Members of the public interested in attending a ceremony should consult the list below and find ceremonies that are "Open to the public". Some venues have restrictions on the number of guests.
- A citizenship ceremony can be delivered in one of three different language formats: Bilingual, Predominantly English, and Predominantly French. The format indicates the language of most remarks at that ceremony.
